These Terms of Service establish the rules and conditions for using the Postbridge platform and should be read carefully by all users.
Use of the services is conditional upon full acceptance of these Terms, and the user's agreement is considered implicit by remaining on the platform.
Only individuals 18 years of age or older with full legal capacity may use Postbridge.

Main platform features include:
- AI-Powered Post Generation: tool that helps users create original and authentic LinkedIn posts.
- Post Idea Generation: feature that suggests relevant content ideas for the user's profile.
- Post Scheduling: feature that allows automatic scheduling of post publications.
- Direct Publishing: immediate posting to connected LinkedIn account.
- LinkedIn Integration: secure direct connection with LinkedIn via official OAuth.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Postbridge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
EU USER RIGHTS
If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.
US USER RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to the Postbridge platform belong exclusively to Postbridge. All content created by the user through regular use of the platform is the exclusive property of the user.
