Why we built these tools
Anyone who posts on LinkedIn regularly runs into the same questions: will the 'see more' cut land in a bad spot? Does this first line pull people in or push them away? Did I blow past the character limit? When should I post to maximize reach? Each one usually means a Google search, a test post on LinkedIn itself or an improvised spreadsheet.
We gathered the answers here as simple tools that run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server: the text stays on your device and disappears when you close the tab. They are free and require no account because the goal is to help anyone building a presence on LinkedIn, including people who have never heard of Postbridge.
How to use the four tools together
A workflow that works well: start with the hook generator to pick a strong opening line for your topic. Write the full post and paste it into the character counter to check limits, hashtags and reading time. Then take the text to the preview to see exactly where LinkedIn will cut it on desktop and mobile, and adjust your line breaks. Finally, use the best-time calculator to schedule the post for the moment your audience is most active.
If you use Postbridge, these steps already happen inside the platform: the AI suggests hooks in your tone, the editor shows a live preview and scheduling uses engagement data from your own account. The open tools are a sample of the method.
